摘要
分析高校食堂的经营模式和现状,思考和探索了高校食堂改革过程中存在的问题,从食堂班组人员管理不到位、食堂卫生条件需要更严格、规章制度管理流于形式等三个方面分析较为突出的问题,提出了切实可行的解决方案和措施。
This paper analyzes the colleges or universities＇ mess hall business model and the operating status. To think and explore the process of reformation in the colleges or universities＇ mess hall, there are still some problems, the more prominent three aspects of the problems are included that the management team members of the mess hall is not in place, the health conditions of the mess hall needs to be more stringent rules and regulations management systems are not executed and proposing some practical solutions and measures.
