摘要
土地是不可再生资源,近20年经济快速发展使松江的可利用土地日趋紧缺,调整产业结构、转变发展方式极为重要和紧迫。在加快推进工业化、城镇化和新农村建设的形势下,大力推进节约集约用地,是保护土地资源、提高土地利用效率和效益、促进产业结构转型升级和转变经济发展方式的必然选择。
The land is non-renewable resources.With nearly 20 years of rapid economic development in Songjiang,the available land resources has become increasingly depleted.Particularly the international financial crisis in 2008 highlights the importance and urgency of industrial restructuring,changing patterns of development in Songjiang.Songjiang is now in the new situation of accelerating transition or upgrading of industrialization,urbanization,and modernization.Therefore,vigorously promotion of the economical and intensive land use is the inevitable choice in protecting land resources,and improvement of the efficency and benefit of land use is the inevitable choice in promoting transition or upgrading of industrialization and changing patterns of development.
