摘要
近年来,天津市独立学院蓬勃发展,作为我国高等教育的重要组成部分,独立学院承担着培养新世纪人才的重担。教师是教育教学的主体,也是人才培养的关键决定力量,教师绩效评价不仅是衡量和监督教师工作情况的手段,更是促进教师提高工作业绩和教育质量的主要措施。本文通过分析天津市六所独立学院教师绩效评价体系现状,总结出独立学院教师绩效评价体系中存在的不足,并提出改进措施建议。
Nowadays,the independent institutes of general colleges in Tianjin are developing rapidly.As an important part of higher education,the independent institutes take the responsibility for cultivating talents in new century.Teacher plays an important role in cultivating talents;therefore,the performance-appraising of teachers is necessary,which is not only a good way to measure and supervise,but also a main measure to improve teaching quality.Based on analyzing the present status of performance-appraising system at six independent institutes in Tianjin,this paper finds the insufficiency and flaw in the system,and then puts forwards some suggestions on improving it.
