摘要
自清末开始的政府管理模式的深刻变化,促进了中国资产阶级、新式知识分子、新式军人群体的成长,促进了板结几千年的传统社会的解构。但同时,不完善的社会设置,不明晰的变革目标,不健全的政府社会管理理念和行为,也造成了新兴阶级成长中的困境,并给中国社会现代性转型遗留了诸多难题。
The unprecedented profound change of government management model from the beginning of Late Qing Dynasty enhanced the growth of Chinese bourgeoisie,new intellectuals,new military personnel,promoted the deconstruction of traditional society.Meanwhile,imperfectsocial social institution,unclear reform objectives,morbid government＇s social management idea and behavior not only caused predicament to new class＇s growth,but also left behind many problems to Chinese society＇s modernity transformation
