摘要
群体性事件已经逐渐成为影响我国社会稳定的重大障碍。因此,需要我们采用生态分析的方法,从自然环境、经济环境、政治环境、社会环境、文化技术环境、国际环境等多维视角,对群体性事件的发生机理做立体式考量,以准确诠释群体性事件的全貌,把握群体性事件的演化规律;同时,我们也要对不同类型的群体性事件、同一群体事件的不同阶段,做具体分析,才能从源头上有效防范和化解群体性事件。
For decades,mass disturbances have been posing growing threat to social public security in China.Therefore,it is necessary to adopt the multi-dimensional approach of ecological analysis to explore the mechanisms of mass disturbances from the perspectives of natural environment,economic environment,political environment,social environment,cultural and technological environment,and international environment so as to understand the overall situation as well as the law of mass disturbance evolution.At the same time,different categories of mass disturbances as well as different stages of a single incident should be investigated separately to gain a better understanding of such disturbances in order to take effective measures to prevent and deal with such incidents.
