摘要
我国民族传统体育资源丰富,尚有众多体育活动流行于人们的生活中,它不仅是人们娱乐、健身的主要手段,也是高校体育课程的后备资源。根据北方地区的地域优势、气候和人文特点,从人力资源、体育设施、课程内容资源等方面,提出:能够继承和发展民族传统体育、深化高校体育教学改革,提高学生运动积极性、缓解学校体育经费、场地设施的不足、民族传统冰雪运动课程的开设有助于北方学校体育教育的蓬勃发展、民族传统冰雪运动课程的开设使北方的天然资源与高校体育课"互利共赢"等意义;总结出:确立民族传统冰雪运动在学校体育中的地位和作用、加强课程资源的系统整合,开展多元化的冰雪课堂、提高教师整体素质,保证课程教学质量、注意激发学生兴趣与动机、实现资源共享,加强横向联合等有效途径和措施,对继承和发展中华民族传统文化,深化高校体育教学的改革发挥主要的作用。
With multitudinous sports activities being popular in people＇s life,the abundant resources of Chinese national tradition sport is not only the main means of people＇s entertainment and fitness,but also the reserve resource of college physical education.Basing on the regional advantage,climate and humanistic features of northern areas,in terms of human resource,sports facility and course content,The paper puts forward some significances： inheriting and developing the national tradition sport can deepen the reform of college physical education,heighten the undergraduates＇ enthusiasm in sports activities,ease the shortage in outlay and facility of college physical education,advance the flourishing development of college physical education,make a win-win relationship of northern natural resources and college physical education.For inheriting and developing the traditional culture of Chinese nation,deepening the reform of college physical education,it concludes some ways to establish the role of national tradition ice-snow sport in college physical education,enhance the systemic integration of curriculum resources,develop the diversification of ice-snow teaching,improve the teachers＇ overall quality,ensure the teaching effect,pay attention to arouse the undergraduates＇ interest and motivation,share the resources by reinforcing the horizontal alliance.
