摘要
为帮助低收入群体解决住房问题,国家推出了经济适用房,这对完善我国城镇住房保障措施、促进房地产业的健康发展起到了关键性的作用,但现实中经济适用房的运作存在着若干问题。本文针对经济适用房在运作中出现的问题进行了剖析,并提出了解决经济适用房存在问题的完善策略。
For helping low-income groups solve housing problem,countries launched economy applicable room,for the improvement of our country town housing safeguard measures、to promote the healthy development of real estate industry plays a key role,but in reality economy applicable room of operation are facing many problems.Aiming at the economy applicable room in operation problems were analyzed,and puts forward some solutions to the problems of the economy applicable room perfect strategy.
