摘要
文章在简述我国经济适用房政策的基础上,分析了其在执行过程中存在的问题,针对存在的问题提出了相应的对策。
This paper analysis the existing problems in the course of implementation of the Mfordable Housing policy, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures to the problems on the basis of briefly introducing our country＇ s Affordable Housing policy.
