摘要
高新技术企业知识管理的最终目的是要使企业价值最大化,因此采取有效的方法进行高新技术企业知识管理的绩效评价是非常必要的。在模型分析与实证调查相结合的基础上,研究了高新技术企业知识管理绩效评价的原则,构建了高新技术企业知识管理绩效评价体系,制定了知识管理绩效评价方法和程序,并进行了实证研究。研究结果能够对高新技术企业知识管理绩效做出评价,可为高新技术企业有效地实施知识管理和提高综合竞争力提供必要的理论方法和策略支持。
The ultimately intention of high-tech enterprise knowledge management is to get the maximizing corporate value,it is neeessary to measure the effect of knowledge management,thus the key problem of this study is how to evaluate the performance of knowledge management in High-tech Enterprise.Based on both case studies and model building,this paper analyzed the content and principle of the performance evaluation of knowledge management in High-tech Enterprise,and then established the high-tech enterprise knowledge management performance evaluation system and designed the evaluation methods and procedures.It gave the corresponding evaluation index weight by using expert evaluation method.Further,this paper made empirical research on the performance evaluation of knowledge management based on the fuzzy and comprehensive evaluation method.The results can evaluate the performance of high-tech enterprise knowledge management.The research of this paper provides essential theoretical methods and strategies support for high-tech enterprises to implement effective knowledge management and improve their overall competitiveness.
