摘要
非生物逆境胁迫严重危害农作物的生产,并且转录因子在调节植物生长发育以及对外界环境胁迫方面起重要作用,而利用基因工程手段过量表达植物中与抗逆相关的转录因子,可提高下游多个植物抗逆基因的表达,从而提高植物的抗逆能力,因而转录因子受到广泛的关注,由此综述乙烯应答元件结合因子(AP2/EREBP)、MYB、WRKY、碱性亮氨酸拉链家族(bZIP)和HSFs五种植物应答非生物胁迫相关转录因子的结构特点、功能,以及它们在植物应答非生物胁迫方面的研究成果。
Abiotic stresses can severely affect plant growth and crop productivity. Transcription factors play important roles in plant growth and in response to abiotic stresses. Over-expression of transcription factor genes associated with abiotic stresses can increase expression in a series of downstream stress resistant genes, therefore enhanced the stress tolerance of plants. Research on these transcription factors had long being widely concerned. This paper mainly introduced the structure characteristics and functions of five main transcription factors related to abiotic stress response (AP2/EREBP, MYB, WRKY, bZIP and HSFs) and reviewed the advances of these transcription factors in plant stress tolerance.
