摘要
以单因素实验考察了浸提时间、浸提温度、固液比、乙醇浓度四因素对葛花异黄酮提取率的影响。通过正交实验确定了最佳工艺参数为:70%乙醇溶液,固液比1∶15,75℃水浴中浸提2h。以小鼠为实验对象,通过毒理学实验和防醉功效的研究,证明葛花异黄酮无毒性且可以显著提高酒后小鼠血清中乙醇脱氢酶(ADH)活力,从而加速酒精在体内的分解代谢。
The effect of time,temperature,rate of solid to liquid,consistency of solvent on extraction rate of isoflavone from the flowers of Pueraria Lobata was studied. The best optimized extracting process were chosen by the orthogonal test: 70% alcohol,the rate of solid to liquid was 1:15, refluxing extracted 2h in 75℃, water bath. Based on the toxicology and preventing alcoholism function experiments,the isoflavone of flowers of Pueraria Lobata has been proved no toxicity and can improve ADH vitality of mice's blood serum. Thus,the catabolism of alcohol in vivo was quickened.
