摘要
研究了一种开关磁阻电机中低速运行时的新型无位置传感器控制策略,这种策略适用于电机斩波运行模式。以12/8结构电机为例,在整个周期内向非导通相中注入高频脉冲,实时检测三相电流上升斜率与下降斜率之差,这些离散的差值经过滤波后分别形成三条包络线,这些包络线与相电感存在着特定的关系,它们的交点代表转子的特殊位置,根据相邻两个交点的间隔时间计算出电机转速,进一步可推算得出其他位置点。分析了这种策略的特点,仿真和实验的结果验证了该算法的正确性和可行性。
A new method for sensorless control of switched reluctance motor(SRM) at low or middle speed is presented in this paper.This new method is appropriate for chopping model.Via injecting voltage pulse into the idle phases of 12/8 motor,the current slope of three phases can be detected at real time;those discrete results which rising current slope minus falling current slope are filtered to form three envelope curves.The curves are related to phase inductance,so it is convenient to confirm some special rotor positions through these curves' intersection points.Other positions can be confirmed after calculating the speed.The advantages of control strategy are also listed.Simulation and experimental results show that the proposed method is effective.
