摘要
讨论了开关磁阻电动机通过在非通电相加激励脉冲判断转子位置 ,从而取消转子位置传感器的理论依据 ,建立了最高激励脉冲频率的数学模型 ,分析了此方式下激励脉冲频率对系统控制精度的影响 ,提出了利用曲线拟合算法来预报转子位置 ,从而更准确地控制各相绕组开通与关断的新方法。详细的仿真分析证实了该方法的可行性 ,并在 1台 1 2 /4极三相开关磁阻电动机 (SRM )上进行了试验 ,效果较好 。
Theory of eliminating SRM position sensor by applying exciting pulse voltage to no conduction phase to judge position is discussed. Modelling of the highest exciting pulse frequency is given. Effect of exciting pulse frequency on system control precision is analyzed. A novel method of control turn on and turn off angels accurately by forecast rotor position using the algorithm of curve fitting is presented. Simulation is detailed to demonstrate the feasibility of this method. The measured results on three phases 12/4 poles SRM show its validity.
