摘要
分析了影响微细电解加工定域性的因素,在自制的加工装置上,制备了微细锥形电极,并利用制备出的电极进行了相关的微小孔电解加工试验,通过试验研究了锥形电极对加工定域性的影响。结果表明:采用锥形电极、较小的锥形电极杆身直径、较大的锥形电极锥度有利于提高微小孔电解加工定域性。
The factors affecting the localization of micro-electrochemical machining are discussed. Micro coneshaped electrodes are fabricated in the self-developed experimental equipment. Then electrochemical machining of micro-hole is performed by using the present fabricated electrodes. The effects of cone-shaped electrode on the machining localization are investigated. The results show that cone-shaped electrode, smaller shank diameter and lar ger taper of cone-shaped electrode mave the machining localization of micro-hole ECM better.
