摘要
研究了不同组织和摩擦条件下蒙乃尔合金的摩擦磨损性能。结果表明:无论在干摩擦条件还是航空煤油润 滑条件下,具有单相显微组织的蒙乃尔合金具有最佳的摩擦磨损性能,即摩擦因数和磨损失重量均最低,而铸态组 织,尤其晶粒大,其摩擦磨损性能都较差。
The tribological behaviors of Monel alloy used in aeroengine had been studied in the conditions of dry friction and aviation kerosene lubrication. The experiment results showed that the tribological properties of Monel alloy with the fine and homogeneous microstructures were the best, i. e., its friction coefficient and value of weight lost was the lowest. But when the microstructures coarsened, the wear mechanism was dominated by micro cutting and fatigue spalling.
