摘要
目的了解某医院诊断质量指标中三日确诊率的完成情况。方法对该院2010年出院病人的三日确诊率进行统计,对影响医院三日确诊率的因素和与出院者平均住院日情况分析。结果对照国家卫生部分级管理文件规定,三日确诊率≥90%的要求全部达标,三日确诊率与平均住院日相关。结论医疗机构应积极应对提高三日确诊率,缩短平均住院日,这对提高医院的社会和经济效益,促进医疗质量整体水平的发展有积极的意义。
Objectives to know about the finish situation of diagnose ratio within three days in diagnosis quality index of a hospital.Methods This article has a statistics on diagnose ratio within three days for hospitalization patients in the hospital in 2010,having comparative analysis with the average hospitalization situation.Results According to the hierarchical management document of ministry of health,the requirements of the diagnose ratio within three days over 90% all reach the standard.Conclusions Medical institutes should positively face up with it for improving diagnose ration within three days to reduce the average hospitalization days.
