摘要
干部选学是干部教育改革的内在要求。干部选学能够增强培训机构创新的内生动力、促进干部培训工作内部良性竞争。同时,干部选学工作给培训机构的师资建设、课程设置、经费保障、考核评估等带来了新的挑战。主管部门、培训机构以及相关单位应协同努力,在办学体制、运行机制、培训模式、师资管理、组织领导等方面加快改革创新。
Course option for cadres is an intrinsic requirement for the reform in cadre education.Course option for cadres can strengthen the endogenous driving forces of the training institutes to innovate and promote the healthy internal competition in cadre training.Meanwhile,course option for cadres brings new challenges to the training institutes in faculty building,curriculum setting,funding insurance,and examination and assessment.The administrative agencies,training institutes and relevant agencies should make concerted efforts to accelerate reform and innovation from the aspects of educational provision system,operational mechanism,training patterns,faculty management,and organization and leadership.
