摘要
在长期的历史发展中,我国逐步构建起了适合自身国情的领导干部培训制度框架体系,但是与形势发展的需要相比,还明显存在一些不足。在新的国际国内形势下,必须要以改革创新的精神对领导干部培训制度加以改进和完善。
Although China has gradually built a system of training leading cadres suitable for Chinese conditions in the long historical development; the training system still leaves plenty of room for improvement under the new situation. It is essential to reform and improve the training system for leading cadres by the innovative spirit.
