摘要
借助挠度理论分析了微带天线加工过程中产生变形的原因,为此改进原有的低温真空钎焊工艺,采用氮气保护后实现Ku波段微带天线的加工。该天线满足电讯设计需求,且避免采用接地板背腔开工艺孔的方法。
The reason for the deformation in microstrip antenna was discussed by the theory of deflection.Low-temperature vacuum soldering technics with nitrogen protecting was improved for Ku band microstrip antenna.The antenna can meet the microwave design and avoid the drilling holes in ground plate.
