血清阴性抗磷脂综合征41例临床分析 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨血清阴性抗磷脂综合征(SNAPS)的临床特点。方法回顾分析41例SNAPS患者的临床表现和实验室检查。结果 41例SNAPS中,28例患者发生血栓事件(68.3%),静脉血栓10例,动脉血栓21例,其中3例患者同时或先后出现动、静脉血栓,其中以深静脉血栓和脑梗死最为常见。33例已婚有生育史的女性患者中,有21例发生异常妊娠(63.6%)。狼疮抗凝物(LA),IgG型I、gM型I、gA型抗心磷脂抗体(aCL)和IgG型、IgM型I、gA型抗β2糖蛋白1(β2GP1)抗体均为阴性,检测时间间隔>12周。结论 SNAPS与抗磷脂综合征(APS)的血栓事件发生情况相似,异常妊娠发生率略高于APS。SNAPS可能存在除心磷脂以外的其他磷脂抗体。
