不同碳氮源对解磷菌K_3溶磷效果的影响 被引量:22

摘要 以磷酸盐生长培养基作为液体培养基,研究了不同碳源(可溶性淀粉、蔗糖、麦芽糖、乳糖、D-半乳糖、果糖和葡萄糖)、氮源(硫酸铵、尿素、硝酸铵和硝酸钾)及C/N(40∶1、20∶1和8∶1)对解磷菌K3溶解磷酸三钙的影响。结果表明:以葡萄糖为唯一碳源时解磷菌K3表现出最强的解磷效果,溶磷量达653.00μg.mL-1;可溶性淀粉为碳源时的解磷效果最差,溶磷量仅为4.83μg.mL-1。以NO3-为唯一氮源时,解磷菌K3的溶磷量仅为14.3μg.mL-1;酰胺态氮源时其溶磷量增加到460.0μg.mL-1;NH4+是解磷菌K3的最佳氮源,其解磷量为单一NO3-源的37倍。K3的溶磷量随着培养基中C/N的减小而增加,最佳C/N为8∶1。表明添加可溶性磷抑制了解磷菌K3的溶磷能力。 The ability of solubilization of tri-calcium phosphate(TCP)by K3 strain was studied in NBRIP medium with different carbon sources(soluble starch,sucrose,glucose,etc.),nitrogen forms(NO3-,NH4+,urea)and different C/N(40∶1,20∶1,8∶1).The results showed that K3 had the highest capacity of dissolving TCP when glucose was used as carbon source.The released soluble P from TCP was 653.00 μg·mL-1.However,the released P was only 4.83 μg·mL-1 when the soluble starch was provided as carbon source.In addition,the released P by K3 was only 14.3 μg·mL-1,when nitrate was provided as nitrogen source.But it reached 460.0 μg·mL-1 when urea was provided.In contrast,ammonium significantly promoted the ability of phosphate solubilization of K3.The amount of released P was 37 fold under ammonium source in comparison with nitrate source.The P solubilization activity was closely related to the C/N.At lower C/N,K3 strain showed higher activity of P.The highest solubilization acitivity of P was attained at the C/N of 8∶1.Results also showed that the addition of soluble P in the medium repressed the ability of K3 to dissolve TCP.
