摘要
目的建立检测保健食品中违法添加9种苯二氮类化合物的方法。方法采用HPLC法对具有镇静安神功效的保健食品进行检测,并通过液质联用进行确证。结果 67批样品经HPLC法与液质联用确证后发现有13批样品非法添加了苯二氮类化合物。结论此方法可作为保健食品中违法添加9种苯二氮草卓类化合物样品的检测。
Objective To establish a method for testing 9 benzodiazepines illegally added in health-care food.Methods Using HPLC method to test the health-care food with sedative effect,and through the use of LC-MS to confirm.Results Through the HPLC and the LC-MS,13 batches of samples illegally added were found in 67 batches of samples.Conclusion The method can be used to test 9 kinds of benzodiazepines illegally added in health-care food.
