摘要
随着道路交通事故数量的激增,汽车被动安全问题引起了广泛关注.统计分析表明,在机动车、非机动车以及行人与货车侧面碰撞的事故中,货车侧部防护装置对防止机动车或非机动车发生转弯碰撞以及防止人员卷入碾压起着至关重要的作用.以某重型货车的侧部防护装置为原型建立其有限元模型,按照相关法规要求,借助计算机碰撞仿真分析,对车辆的侧面防护装置结构进行优化改进.结果表明,经过优化后的侧部防护装置提高了与该车侧面碰撞的相容性及防止人员被卷入碾压的能力.
With the rapid increase of the traffic accidents,the issue of van safety draws increasing attention.According to the statistic data,in all the accidents that involves the crash between the lateral parts of vans and the motor vehicles,non-motor vehicles and pedestrians,the lateral part protective device of a van plays an important role in avoiding severe bumping or deadly crash.Taking the lateral part protective device of a kind of heavy-loaded truck as the prototype to construct the definite-element model,we optimized the lateral part protective device of the truck based on LS-DYNA simulation.The result indicates that the optimized lateral part protective device has greatly improved its capability of decreasing the damage and casualties in the accident.
