摘要
目的:探讨不同穴位简易穴位埋线对哮喘大鼠细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)和核转录因子-κB(NF-κB)表达的影响。方法:Wistar大鼠随机分为简易穴位埋线肺俞膻中组(肺俞膻中组)、肾俞组、肺俞膻中肾俞组、地塞米松组、模型组、对照组,每组8只。除对照组外,余5组卵蛋白致敏制造大鼠哮喘模型。末次诱喘后处死大鼠,免疫组化方法检测6组大鼠肺组织ICAM-1和NF-κB的表达。结果:6组大鼠肺组织ICAM-1和NF-κB的相对表达量差异均有统计学意义(F=27.644,27.935,P均<0.001)。肺俞膻中肾俞组哮喘大鼠ICAM-1、NF-κB表达低于肾俞组、肺俞膻中组(P<0.01和P<0.05),与地塞米松组同效(P>0.05)。结论:集标本兼治于一体的肺俞膻中肾俞穴位埋线对于哮喘大鼠的防治效果明显优于仅治标的肺俞膻中穴位埋线及仅治本的肾俞穴位埋线。
Aim:To explore the effect of simple catgut implantation at different acupoint on ICAM-1 and NF-κB expression in asthmatic rats.Methods:Forty-eight male Wistar rats were randomly divided into six groups:the simple catgut implantation at acupoint Feishu and Danzhong group(FD group),the simple catgut implantation at acupoint Shenshu group(S group),the simple catgut implantation at acupoint Feishu and Danzhong and Shenshu group (FDS group),dexamethasone group,model group,and control group,and 8 in each group.The asthmatic models were established by ovalbumin except control group.The ICAM-1 and NF-κB expression levels in bronchioles of all groups were measured by immunohistochemistry.Results:There were significant differences in the expressions of ICAM-1 and NF-κB in bronchioles among the 6 groups (F=27.644,27.935,P〈0.001).The ICAM-1 and NF-κB expressions in bronchioles of FDS group were lower than those of S group and FD group(P〈0.05),similar to dexamethasone group(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The implantation at acupoint Feishu,Danzhong and Shenshu has both temporary and permanent effects on asthma,which is better than implantation at acupoint Feishu and Danzhong or at acupoint Shenshu.
