摘要
目的:分析胸部外伤后肋骨骨折漏诊的原因及避免漏诊的措施,提高对肋骨骨折X线的正确诊断符合率,减少漏诊。方法:对40例肋骨骨折漏诊病历进行回顾性分析,利用X线检查,对患者采用正、斜位片及透视点片。结果:40例漏诊、误诊病例中,12例为肋骨解剖因素所致;17例因病情严重、投照因素所致;其他因素漏诊、误诊11例。结论:胸部外伤后,由于检查方式不够全面等因素,是导致肋骨骨折漏诊的主要原因。
Objective： To analyze the reasons of missed diagnosis in ribs fracture after chest trauma and find out the preventive measures.Furthermore,we improve the correct diagnostic accuracy and reduce the missed diagnosis.Methods： Analyze the 40 cases of ribs fracture missed diagnosis retrospectively.Let every patient take X-ray films of chest PA（and chest OBL） and fluoroscopy point slice.Results： Among the 40 cases,12cases re-sult from ribs anatomical factors： 17cases result from the series illness and projection;11cases result from other factors.Conclusions： The incomplete and unthorough examination is the main reason of missed diagnosis after suffering chest trauma.
