摘要
在实际生产的环境下,实验分析在环氧(底漆)-聚酯(面漆)和聚酯(底漆)-聚酯(面漆)涂层体系条件下,使用钝化镀锌板作基板对彩涂板涂层附着性能的不同影响,在实验中选取以T弯和反向冲击功2个典型代表涂层附着力性能指标作为分析对象,对比了其在较短时间尺度上的变化情况,实验结果表明:在使用钝化基板的情况下,2种涂层体系的在线附着性能没有明显变化,但使用环氧底漆较聚酯底漆有更好的附着力性能时效特性,本文对其可能的原因也进行了讨论。
In the actual production environment, the epoxy (primer) - polyester (finish) and polyester (primer) -polyester(finish) coating systems have been put into trials to analysis effects of passive galvanized substrate on coating adhesion. In the experiment, the change of T bend and reverse impact energy were used as two typical indicators of coating adhesion to compare its changes in a short period of time. The results showed that under the conditions of passive substrate, the epoxy primer paint provided better adhesion timeliness than that of the polyester primer, though there is no significant change in adhesion properties on- line. The reasons that caused different performance were also discussed.
