摘要
目的了解澳门青少年对男女关系的看法,藉此了解他们的性观念。探讨影响青少年性观念的因素,了解澳门青少年对性病和艾滋病的知识程度,及对青少年的性观念所带来的后果。方法对澳门12所中学共2361名学生采用现场答卷调查,无记名独立填写,由经过统一培训的调查员强调保密性并现场收回问卷。数据使用率及构成比等统计学方法进行的比较分析。结果调查显示受访学生中95.89%与父母同住,年龄主要是11岁和19岁之间。澳门青少年普遍接受约会中的接吻、拥抱及拖手,有0.28%同意约会时有性交。11.92%非常同意接受婚前性行为,更有0.12%同意性可以换取物质与金钱。对同居的认识已经比较普遍,有23.95%同意。而网络及电影电视是澳门青少年获得相关的性知识最主要的渠道。澳门青少年中,大部分没有正确认识性病及性知识,22.54%认为性病/艾滋病不可以预防,对常见的性病爱滋病认识不够全面。结论澳门青少年性观念开放,性知识薄弱。网络及电影电视等娱乐传媒对青少年性观念的影响最大。对性病及艾滋病的认识不足,学校性病和性方面知识教育不完善。
Objective To understand the sexual ideas of Macao adolescents through their attitude towards the male-female relationships, to discuss the influencing factors for the adolescent sexual ideas, to probe into the understanding of STD and AIDS of Macao adolescents and its effects on the adolescent sexual ideas. Methods To conduct an on-scene survey with secret and independent answer, and on-site questionnaire collection for 2361 students from 12 Macao middle schools, to carry out comparative analysis with the statistics methods of the data rate and composition ratio. Results 95.89% of respondents live with their parents, who aged mainly between 11 and 19 years. Kissing, hugging and holding hands are common accepted by Macao adolescents. 0.28% of them consent to sexual intercourse in meeting time. 11.9% made strong agreement with premarital sex. Even 0.12% agreed that the sexual activities could be exchanged with material and money. Understanding of the cohabitation has been more common, who has got the approval rate of 23.95%. The [nternet, movies and TV programs has become the major channels for Macao adolescents to get their sexual knowledge. Most of Macao adolescents have not got the correct understanding of STD and sexual knowledge. 22.54% of respondents didn＇t think that STD and AIDS prevention could be prevented, who didn＇t understand the common STD and AIDS enough. Results Macao adolescents hold open sexual ideas, but weak sexual knowledge. Entertainment media including the Internet, Movie and TV networks make major influence on the adolescent sexual ideas. Maeau adolescents didn＇t understand STD and AIDS enough, while the schools couldn＇t offer perfect STD and AIDS education.
