摘要
目的:探讨非语言沟通对顺利开展"创优质服务"活动的影响。方法:运用质性研究方法,对宝鸡市一所三级甲等医院的20名内科护士进行访谈。结果:在"创优质服务"活动中应用非语言沟通,更好地改善了护患关系,提高了患者满意度。结论:优质服务从沟通开始,非语言沟通的有效实施,促进了优质服务更好的开展。
Objective:To study the nonverbal communication to develop smoothly "create high-quality service" the influence of process.Methods:Using qualitative research methods,pollution of a three level of first-class hospital 20 interview internal nurse.Results:In qualifying service activities application nonverbal communication,better improve with protection,and improve the patient satisfaction relationship.Conclusion:"High-quality service" begins from communicating,nonverbal communication,promote the effective implementation of high-quality service better development.
