摘要
目的探讨眼外伤患者手术室护理的安全管理。方法收集2009年12月一2012年8月眼外伤急诊手术1979例，分析影响眼外伤手术护理安全因素，采取相应防范措施。结果全部患者手术安全、顺利，没有发生医疗纠纷事件。结论提高手术室护理工作人员对眼外伤患者的护理安全认识（意识），加强术前安全评估，注重心理护理，严格执行安全核查制度，可确保手术安全。
Objective To explore the safety management in operation room for patients with ocular trauma operation. Method From 2009 December to 2012 August, there were 1979 cases of eye trauma emergency opera- tion, analyze the factors affecting nursing safety of operation and the preventive measures. Result All patients with safe and smooth operation, no disputes event happened. Conclusion Improving the understanding （consciousness） of the nursing safety for patients with ocular trauma in operation room nursing staff, strengthening the preoperative safety evaluation, paying attention to psychological nursing, strict implementation of safety verification system, all these will ensure operation safety.
