灯盏细辛总黄酮对视神经的保护作用 被引量:13

Protective Effect of Flavonoids of Herba Erigeronis Breviscapi on Visual Function

摘要 目的观察灯盏细辛总黄酮对青光眼模型大鼠视功能的保护作用。方法采用Akira法制作大鼠青光眼模型,予灯盏细辛总黄酮进行治疗一个月,观察其对模型大鼠眼压及多焦视网膜电图的影响。结果随着高眼压的持续,大鼠多焦视网膜电图改变以反应密度的减弱为主,并呈进行性发展;予灯盏细辛总黄酮干预后,大鼠眼压逐渐降低,多焦视网膜电图P1波总峰潜时有一定恢复,与模型组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);总反应密度及第2环P1波反应密度回升明显,与模型组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论灯盏细辛总黄酮可以一定程度降低模型大鼠眼压,改善其受损视功能,是灯盏细辛视神经保护作用的有效部位。 Objective To observe the protective effect of flavonoids of Herba Erigeronis Breviscapi on visual function in rats model of glaucoma. Methods Rats model of glaucoma was established by the method of Akira. Then flavonoids of Herba Erigeronis Breviscapi were given to the rats for one month to observe the effect on intraocular pressure(IOP) and muhifocal electroretinogram(mfERG). Results With the continuation of high intraocular pressure, the mfERG changes of rats were mainly presented as the weakening of reaction density with progressive development. After intervention of the flavonoids, IOP of the rats was gradually reduced, and the total peak latency of mfERG P1 wave recovered to some extent, the difference being significant compared with the control group(P 〈 0.05). The total response density and P1 wave response density in second circle ascended noticeably, which had significantly difference(P 〈 0.05) compared with the control group. Conclusion Flavonoids of Herba Erigeronis Breviscapi can reduce IOP in rats to some extent, and improve the impaired visual function. The flavonoids are the effective parts for optic nerve protection.
