摘要 在研究高素质技能型人才发展趋势基础上,对其内涵拓展进行分析,并认为知识智能型、技能大师型、新职业型三类高技能人才将成为未来发展的新方向,为应对这种变化,可在职教的"重心上移"、竞赛平台系统搭建、师承制创新等方面实现突破。 Based on the research about the trend on the. qualified personnel with higher technique, the paper describes its meaning, and believes intellectual model, master model and new profession model will be the direction. In order to adapt to the change, we should put up the systerm of vocational education, set up the platform on race, invent the institution of transmission from masters.
