摘要
如何培养和提高公民的社会责任意识已成为和谐社会构建中一个不可忽视的重要课题。当下,我国公民社会责任建设中存在着工具理性与价值理性严重背离的现象。文章分析了这种背离产生的背景和原因,并且提出寻求这两种理性的统一是我国公民社会责任建设的方向。
How to cultivate and improve citizens＇ consciousness on social responsibilities has already become an important issue,which can＇t be ignored,in the construction of harmonious society.At present,under our construction of citizens＇ social responsibilities,there exists a phenomenon that implement rationality is diverging far away from value rationality.The research analyzes the background and causes of this kind of divergence,and proposes that the prospects of our construction for citizens＇ social responsibilities lie in the union of these two rationalities.
