摘要
以陕北中低温煤焦油的轻油和重油为原料,考察其中酚类化合物的组成与分布情况.在常压蒸馏装置中切取〈210,210~230,230~270和270~300℃4段馏分.采用“酸碱法”分别提取不同馏分段中的酚油,利用气相色谱/质谱联用技术分析了不同馏分中提取出来酚油的组成和分布情况.结果表明:随着切取馏分温度的升高,酚含量减小;轻油中苯酚、甲酚和二甲酚主要分布在230。C之前的馏分,重油则分布在270。C之前的馏分;〈210℃的重油馏分酚油,低级酚的在总酚中最高可达99%.在轻油210~230℃馏分,重油230~270℃馏分五甲基苯的含量分别为11.41%和3.94%.
Abstract: Low temperature coal tar derived from Shanbei coal was used to analyze the composi- tion and distribution of phenolic compounds in the light tar (L-tar) and the heavy tar (H-tar). L-tar and H-tar were distilled into 210 °C, 210- 230 °C, 230-- 270 °C and 270- 300 °C four fractions in atmospheric distillation. The phenolic compounds in each fraction were extracted by an acid-alkali method and their compositions and distributions were characterized by a gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS). The results show that the phenols content de- crease with the increasing of temperature. The phenols, cresol and xylenol are mainly distribu- ted in the less than 230 °C fractions of L-tar and the less than 270 ~C fractions of H-tar. The content of low-boiling phenols reaches 990//oo in the total phenolic at the ~20 ~C fraction of H- tar. The contents of pentamethyl benzene in 210-230 °C fractions of L-tar and 230--270 Cfractions of H-tar reach 11.41% and 3.94%, respectively.
