摘要
为提高煤在萃取过程中的转化率,考察微波辅助萃取煤的工业化可行性。以低温煤焦油馏分为溶剂,研究了神府煤在微波辅助萃取-热解耦合新工艺下的特性,考察了溶剂类型、萃取温度、溶煤比、萃取时间对转化率的影响。结果表明:当溶剂为200~360℃馏分油,萃取温度为200℃、萃取时间为30 min、溶煤比为3∶1时,微波辅助过程煤的转化率最高为34.75%。最后,通过对比常规萃取与微波辅助萃取的工艺条件及反应结果发现:微波辅助萃取-热解过程较常规萃取-热解过程略占优势,但其产业化仍需进一步验证。
To increase coal conversion in extraction process,investigate industrialized feasibility of microwave-assisted extraction of coal.Taking the distillate of low temperature coal tar as solvent,study the features of extraction-pyrolysis coupling of Shenfu coal on microwave-assisted.The influences of solvent types,temperature,solvent-coal ratio and extraction time on coal conversion rate were studied.Assisted by microwave,the highest conversion rate 34.75%,when the temperature of coal tar is from 200 ℃ to 360 ℃,extraction temperature is 200 ℃,extraction time is 30 minutes,solvent-coal ratio is 3 ∶1.Comparing the processes and results of traditional extraction with that of extraction-pyrolysis on microwave-assisted,find that the latter is superior,while it still need further validation.
