摘要
为了提高疏浚培训质量,发展疏浚新工艺,研发一种绞吸挖泥船仿真训练系统.根据对绞吸挖泥船的结构特点和施工过程的分析,设计基于PLC的仿真驱动模块;基于DirectX的三维视景模块以及与实船一致的硬件操作平台,阐述三维视景模块的硬件和软件实现方法;通过分析根据疏浚过程所建立的疏浚动态方程的特点,提出基于PLC实现仿真驱动模块的方法,并分析这种方法的优点.该系统已经投入使用,在教学实践中使用效果良好.
In order to improve dredging training quality and develop new dredging technology,a cutter suction dredger simulation training system is researched and developed.According to the analysis of the structural characteristics and construction process of cutter suction dredger,a simulation-driven module based on PLC is designed.On the basis of the three-dimensional visual scene of DirectX and the hardware platform which is consistent with the real ship,the hardware and software realization method for three-dimensional visual scene is elaborated.By analyzing the characteristics of the dynamic equation which is established according to the dredging process,the method of achieving simulation-driven module based on PLC is proposed,and the advantages of this method is analyzed.The system has been put into use and shows good effect in teaching practice.
