摘要
公共环境的语言文字作为介绍汉文化的载体发挥着不可替代的作用,它不仅对全民起着一种心理暗示和榜样作用,同时,它的规范使用也为国家参与文化国际竞争以及迎战西方发达国家的文化渗透提供必要"文化安全"屏障和文化软实力。但当前公共环境的汉语言文本存在着诸如语言文本粗劣、语言文字不规范、汉语言文字本位失落以及借与"国际接轨"之名西化中文等问题。因此,实施公共环境语言文字规范使用的全民教育、文本安全规范以及政策主体与监管机制联合互动的发展战略是十分必要的。
Public signs,as a carrier spreading Chinese culture,play an irreplaceable part,not only in giving people mental suggestion,but also in regulating the use of language to provide necessary barrier against the cultural infiltration of western developed countries at the same time.However,the present public signs are in disorder,such as, text in poor quality,words in irregular form,the loss of the dominant position of Chinese character and westernization of Chinese in the name of corresponding with international standard.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out the regulation education of public signs and strengthen the awareness of cultural safety and the interaction between the government policy and the supervising system.
