固化过程对LiFePO_4/C复合材料形貌和电化学性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 以酚醛树脂为碳源,采用高温固相合成法制备出不同形貌特征的LiFePO4/C复合材料。研究固化过程对LiFePO4/C复合材料形貌和电化学性能的影响。实验结果表明:不增加固化过程制备的复合材料为碳芯结构,增加固化过程制备的复合材料为类球状蜂窝结构。类球状蜂窝结构的LiFePO4/C复合材料具有更优良的电化学性能,电流密度为12 mA/g时,其放电容量为166.6(mA.h/g),当电流密度为720 mA/g时,其放电容量为134.5(mA.h/g),经过50次循环后,容量保持率为99.6%。 LiFePO4/C composites with different morphologies were prepared using epoxy resin as carbon source.The effect of solidifying process on morphology and electrochemical performance of LiFePO4/C composites was investigated.The experimental results show that LiFePO4/C composite with carbon core structure is obtained without solidifying process,and LiFePO4/C composite with ball-liked honeycomb structure is acquired with solidifying process.LiFePO4/C composite with ball-liked honeycomb structure has more excellent electrochemical performance.The initial discharge capacity of LiFePO4/C composite with ball-liked honeycomb structure attains to 166.6(mA?h/g) under applying 12 mA/g current.When 720 mA/g current was applied,its discharge capacity is 134.5(mA?h/g) and its capacity retention is 99.6% in 50 cycles.
