Li_(1-3x)Er_xFePO_4材料的合成及性能

摘要 采用固相反应法合成了锂离子电池正极材料Li1-3xErxFePO4(x=0、0.01、0.02、0.03)。采用X射线衍射、恒电流充放试验对试样的微观结构和电化学性能进行测试。试验结果表明:掺杂Er3+对LiFePO4的晶体结构没有影响。Li0.97Er0.01FePO4,Li0.94Er0.02FePO4试样具有优良的循环性能和倍率性能;Li0.91Er0.03FePO4试样的循环性能和倍率性能很差。Li0.94Er0.02FePO4的电化学性能最佳,在C/10和1C倍率下放电容量均最大,分别为144.5mAh/g和131.6mAh/g。 Cathode materials Li1-3xErxFePO4 for Lithium ion batteries were synthesized by solid-state reaction method (x =0,0.01,0.02,0.03). The mierostructure and electrochemical performance of the samples were tested by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and charge-discharge experiments. The experimental results showed that doping with Er3+ ions had no effect on microstructure of LiFePO4. Li0.97Er0.01FePO4, Li0.94Er0.02FePO4 possessed excellent cycling capability and rate performance, Li0.91Er0.03FePO4 had bad cycling capability and rate performance. Li0.94Er0.02FePO4 exhibited the most excellent electrochemical performance, their discharge capacities were 144.5mAh/g and 131.6mAh/g at C/10 and 1C rate, respectively.
