摘要
针对新型船舶中速柴油机气缸套热负荷特性,以MANB&W6L16/24和8L21/31两款柴油机为研究对象,分别建立其缸套有限元模型,确定合理的边界条件,利用有限元分析软件进行缸套的温度场计算,并试验验证缸套温度场的分布规律.结果表明:新型中速柴油机气缸套由于采用优化的冷却水套式方式进行冷却,其温度场分布更合理,满足了高强载度的要求.
To investigate the thermal load features of new type marine medium-speed diesel engines' cylinder liners,two new-type medium-speed diesel engines of MAN BW6L16/24 and 8L21/31 were taken as research objects.The FEM models of the liners were built,and then the temperature fields of the liners were analyzed by using FEM software while some reasonable boundary conditions were considered.At the same time,the calculated results were verified by experiments with the thermal couples and rigidity-plugs.Results show that the temperature field of liners of new-type medium-speed diesel engines is optimized by the reasonable water jacket design,which can effectively satisfy the demand of high load density of modern diesel engine.
