摘要
目的研究中医综合治疗方案对糖耐量异常(IGT)转变为2型糖尿病的转化率的影响。方法采用随机、平行对照研究方法,对48例IGT患者随机分为生活方式干预组(简称对照组,24例)和生活方式干预配合中药治疗组(简称治疗组,24例)。对照组仅以生活方式干预,治疗组在生活方式干预基础上加服振源胶囊(每次2粒,每日3次)。随访12个月。结果 1.治疗组无1例转变为2型糖尿病,转化率为0%;对照组4例转变为2型糖尿病,转化率为16.7%。治疗后两组组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2.治疗组糖化血红蛋白平均下降0.33%,与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组糖化血红蛋白平均下降0.05%,与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3.治疗组体重指数平均下降1.07,与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组体重指数平均下降0.67,与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论振源胶囊结合生活方式干预治疗对防止糖耐量异常向2型糖尿病转化有明显影响,对降低转化率影响较为明显,且能明显降低糖化血红蛋白、体重指数。
Objective To study the impact on the conversion rate of diabetes type 2 for the patients with impaired glucose tolerance（IGT）treated systematically with Chinese medicine.Methods A random,parallel and controlled method was adopted.48 cases of IGT were randomized into a life-style intervention group（control group,24 cases）and a life-style intervention plus Chinese medicine group（treatment group,24 cases）.In control group,only life-style intervention was provided.In treatment group,on the basis of life-style intervention,zhenyuan capsules were taken orally（2 capsules each time,three times per day）.The follow-up visit lasted for 12 months.Results 1.In treatment group,no case was conversed to be diabetes type 2,the conversion rate was 0%.In control group,4 cases were conversed to be diabetes type 2 and the conversion rate was 16.7%.The difference was significant between two groups after treatment（P0.05）.2.In treatment group,the level of glycated hemoglobin decreased averagely by 0.33%,indicating significant difference as compared with that before treatment（P0.05）.In control group,it decreased averagely by 0.05%,indicating significant difference as compared with that before treatment（P0.05）.3.In treatment group,the body mass index decreased averagely by 1.07,indicating significant difference as compared with that before treatment（P0.05）.In control group,it decreased averagely by 0.67,indicating significant difference as compared with that before treatment（P0.05）.Conclusion The intervention program influences remarkably the conversion of IGT to diabetes type 2.It results in remarkable impact on lowering conversion rate,glycated hemoglobin and body mass index.
