摘要
研究不同程度(轻、中、重)盐碱化草地披碱草对绵羊瘤胃发酵的影响。结果表明:添加精料补充料和轻度披碱草组(处理Ⅰ组)和添加精料补充料和中度披碱草组(处理Ⅱ组)瘤胃液pH值、异戊酸浓度和乙酸/丙酸比例与对照组相比差异不显著(P>0.05);处理Ⅰ组和处理Ⅱ组瘤胃液氨态氮、总挥发性脂肪酸、乙酸、丁酸和戊酸浓度均低于对照组,但差异均不显著(P>0.05);各处理组瘤胃液丙酸浓度均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);添加精料补充料和重度披碱草组(处理Ⅲ组)瘤胃液pH值、氨态氮、总挥发性脂肪酸、乙酸、丁酸浓度和乙酸/丙酸比例均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。
The effects of Elymus dahuricus Turcz cultivated in varying degrees (mild, moderate and severe) of alkali-saline grassland on rumen fermentation in sheep were studied. The results showed that the differences of plq value, isovaleric acid concentration, the ratio of acetic acid to propionic acid in rumen fluid between treatment I (adding feed supplement and mild Ely,nus dahuricus Turcz), lI (adding feed supplement and moderate Ely,lus dahuricus Turcz)and the control group were not significant; The ammoniacal nitrogen, total volatile fatty acid (VFA), acetic acid , butyrate and isovaleric acid concentration were all lower than those of the control group but the differences were not significant(PL〉0.05). The propionic acid concentra- tion in rumen fluid of any treatnmnt was significantly lower than that of control group (P〈~0.05). The pH vahm, ammoniaeal nitrogen, total volatile fatty acid (VFA), acetic acid , butyrate and the ratio of acetic acid to propionic acid in rumen fluid of treatment ]]I were all significantly lower than those of control group(P^0.05).
