摘要
女性领导力是伴随着越来越多的女性领导者的涌现而出现的概念,它特指领导力的载体和领导活动的主体是女性,这一主体的变化使领导活动呈现出诸多关联特征。而这些带有女性倾向或女性技巧的特征,既是研究提升女性领导活动效能的主要分析指标,更是理解21世纪领导新变革的重要出发点。
The concept of female leadership,which comes out as more and more women become leaders in various areas,means women exercise leadership as they take the role of leaders.Such changes result in many related characteristics that subject to either femininity or women＇s competences.These characteristics are not only the main indicators for analyzing efficiency and effectiveness of female leadership,but also a key starting point to understand revolution of leadership in the 21 century.
