摘要
通过在乳化炸药油相中加入不同含量的乳化剂(Span80),测定被不同含量乳化剂乳化的乳化炸药的爆速,分析乳化剂含量对乳化炸药爆速的影响;结果表明,随着乳化剂含量从1.5%增加到4%,乳化炸药的爆速先呈增长趋势,但当乳化剂含量超过2.5%时爆速开始下降,乳化剂含量在2%到2.5%时爆速出现一个最大值,此时乳化效果最好。
By adding different amounts of emulsifier（span-80） to the oil phrase of the emulsion explosives,testing the detonation velocity of emulsion explosives with different content of emulsifier,this paper analyzes the influences of emulsifier content on the detonation velocity of emulsion explosives.The results show that,as the emulsifier content raise from 1.5 % to 4 %,the detonation velocity show a growing trend first,but when emulsifier content exceeds 2.5 %,the detonation velocity began to decline,and when the content of emulsifier was between 2 % to 2.5 %,there is a maximum detonation velocity,and at this point emulsifying effect is the best.
