摘要
研究了工业无毒增塑剂柠檬酸三乙酯、乙酰柠檬酸三乙酯、柠檬酸三丁酯和乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯在可食性膜中添加的可能性,及其对可食性膜机械性能的影响。通过正交试验确定在60℃下,壳聚糖与甘油质量比为8∶5(即壳聚糖0.02 g/mL,甘油0.0125 g/mL),增塑剂体积分数在0.75%时,该膜的机械性能最佳。抑菌圈法检测表明柠檬酸三丁酯的添加不影响膜对桃褐腐病菌(Monilinia fructicola)的抑制作用。膜包裹法处理实体桃,结果表明室温下放置10 d,膜包裹法处理的桃果实日失重率达到30%以上,腐烂指数近60%,而对照组日失重率达到40%以上,腐烂指数近90%。缓释试验检测表明该复合膜具有一定的药物缓释性能。
The mechanical properties and antimicrobial activity of a chitosan-berberine composite film with added non-toxic edible industrial plasticizers, including triethyl citrate, triethyl 2-acetyl citrate, tributyl citrate and acetyl tributyl citrate, have been studied. The optimal blends were selected by orthogonal tests. The optimized film solu- tions were blended with chitosan at a concentration of 0.02 g/mL, glycerol at a concentration of 0. 0125 g/mL and a plasticizer volume fraction of 0.75% at 60 ℃. Addition of plasticizer to the composite film did not significantly af- fect its inhibition on Monilinia fructicola by inhibitory zone. The rate of weight loss and the infection index on each day were investigated for peaches packed in the composite membrane. It was found that the weight loss of peaches treated for 10 days was slightly over 30% and the infection index was nearly 60% , both of which are lower than the respective values of 45% and nearly 90% for the control. Finally, the release characteristics in vitro were deter- mined by a slow-release test, which revealed that the composite film exhibited slow-release behavior.
