摘要
研究了不同巴润精矿配比条件下,膨润土配比与还原膨胀率的关系。结果表明,膨润土对配加巴润精矿球团矿的还原膨胀率有明显的抑制作用,当巴润精矿配比提高时,相应提高膨润土配比就能将球团矿的还原膨胀率控制在正常膨胀范围内。
The relationship between the proportion of bentonite and reduced expansion ratio of pellets is investigated with various proportions of iron ore concentrate of Barun.The results show that bentonite could restrain the reduced expansion ratio of pellets with iron ore concentrate of Barun remarkably.When the proportions of iron ore concentrate of Barun is increased,the reduced expansion ratio of pellets could be controlled in the normal range of expansion by increasing the proportion of bentonite relatively.
