摘要
通过对球团矿还原过程中金属铁析出形态的扫描电镜分析和动力学计算,探讨了球团矿还原膨胀及粉化的机理。结果表明,球团矿的还原膨胀行为与金属铁的析出形态具有密切的关系,且受浮氏体阶段还原动力学限制性环节的影响。为避免球团矿还原时发生灾难性膨胀和粉化,应使浮氏体阶段的还原在较宽温度范围内受铁离子的扩散环节控制。
In order to investigate the mechanism of the reduction swelling and disintegration of pellets,the morphology of metallic iron precipitated in the reduction process of pellets is analyzed by scanning electron microscope and kinetic calculation in this paper.It is found that the swelling behaviour has a close relation with the morphology and is influenced by the controlled step of reduction at Wustite stage and that the reduction at Wustite stage should be controlled by the key step of the diffusion of iron ion within a wider range of temperature to avoide catastrophic swelling and disintegration in reduction of pellets.
