摘要
人力资源管理是医院的核心工作,人力资本在医院中发挥着越来越大的作用。笔者所在医院通过创建人力资源文化,构建"大政工"环境,加强员工的思想政治工作,激发了员工的工作积极性,提高了工作效率,扩大了医院的影响,产生了良好的社会效益。
Human resource management is the core work of hospital,and human capital is playing an ever more significant role in the hospital.This paper introduces that Tumor Hospital of Hunan Province improves the staff members' working efficiency, enlarges the reputation of the hospitaL, and produces good social benefits through constructing big environment about ideological and political work, enhancing the staff members' ideological and political work, and stimulating their working enthusiasm.
