摘要
目的调查该院糖尿病患者降糖药应用情况,分析降糖药应用的合理性。方法采用用药频度(DDDs)和药物利用指数(DUI)法,对该院2007-2009年各类降糖药消耗量和金额进行统计分析。结果该院降糖药的销售金额排前4位的是阿卡波糖、罗格列酮、二甲双胍、瑞格列奈,DDDs以二甲双胍、阿卡波糖为高,6种降糖药的DUI值均<1。结论该院降糖药应用情况基本合理。
Objective To investigate the use of hypoglycemic drug and analysis the rational use of drug.Methods Defined daily doses（DDDs） and drug utilization index（DUI） were used to analysis data,which the amount of money on the drug used for diabetes and caculated the hypoglycemic drug consumption in hospital during 2007-2009.Results Saled to the hospital hypoglycemic agents,the top four were acarbose,rosiglitazone,metformin,repaglinide,DDDs to metformin,acarbose was high.The value of DUI in total hypoglycemic drug were less than 1.Conclusion The utilization of hypoglycemic drug in hospital is rational basically.
