摘要
螺旋输送机能有效输送非连续相离散物料。由于非连续相离散物料在螺旋输送机内的运动特性极其复杂,因此一直没有很好的设计计算模型。它的设计计算必须凭借设计者的经验,用类似的输送机类比。分散元模拟技术(DEM)能很好地预测到物料特性的变化(如颗粒形状、颗粒尺寸、颗粒与颗粒和颗粒与壁面之间的摩擦)对螺旋输送机性能状态的影响,以及不同结构尺寸的螺旋输送机产生的输送效果。并能使设计者直观、动态地观察到物料在运输设备内的运动状态。
A screw conveyor, which is widely used in various industrial sectors, can effectively convey discrete non-continuous phase material. Because of the extreme complexity in moving status of the materials with discrete non-continuous phase in screw conveyors, there were no good model for the design and calculation. The designers must depend on the experience of a similar conveyor in design. Discrete element modeling technology (DEM) was used to predict the performance of the screw conveyor on the different material properties (such as particle shape, particle size, particle-particle and particle-wall friction), and the conveying results of screw conveyors with different dimensions. This enables the designers to intuitively and dynamically observe the motion state of the materials within the conveyors.
