摘要
散料气力输送技术属多相流学科,物料在管道中的运行状态相当复杂。物料的特性如粒度、密度、温度、湿度、腐蚀等对输送效果有很大影响,通过推理和精确计算难以达到预期效果。介绍了通过模拟试验、关键技术研究取得的成果及其在实际工程中的应用。
Bulk materials pneumatic conveying technologies involve multi-phase flow science.Material movement in the pipe is quite complex and material properties such as particle size,dense,temperature,moisture,erosion have significant influence on conveying operation and the desired operation is difficult to attain by theoretical analysis and accurate calculations.This paper performs simulation tests and studies the key related technologies,and applies the achievements obtained to actual project.
